French, Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisine into his dishes. 

His kitchen is equipped with a wood-burning rotisserie oven where Yokuty roasts whole goats and pigs. His eclectic cooking style spans a variety of palates to suit all occasions.
